When should I mail my invitations?

  Six to eight weeks before your event.

What format should my list have?

Your list should be typed in Upper and Lower case exactly as you want it to appear.  We can accept either EXCEL or WORD documents. 

What is the accepted format for INSIDE ENVELOPES?

Traditionally, the outside envelope carries the full name, address and zip code along with return address.  Inside envelopes have only names, children, guest, and family, etc.  In using first names, the woman’s name is used first.

Can I use an envelope with a lining?

Yes, there is an additional charge because they are more difficult to pass through the printers.

Are children’s names, guests, etc. listed on the outside envelope?

Generally if they are on only one envelope, they are listed on the outside. "And Family" can also be used, but the preferred method is to list the names. 

Are different ink colors offered?

Yes, absolutely!  Color matches can be made.  Silver, White and Gold are NOT available.

How many additional envelopes are needed?

Typically, 15% of additional envelopes are appropriate. Each job requires set-up, occasionally mistakes happen. It is always better to have more than not enough. Reordering additional envelopes often results in higher costs.

What is your turnaround time?

Generally 7-10 business days. Rush orders can be provided for an additional charge.  When planning, please consider where you are located in relation to the Chicago area as shipping/delivery times may vary.  (Shipping charges are additional).

Do you require a deposit?

Out-of-State orders require a $25.00 deposit.  Deposit will be applied to your order.  Should you decide to cancel, the deposit will serve as your cancellation fee.

Will I be able to see a sample prior to printing the entire order? 

ABSOLUTELY!  You will see a proof prior to final production.
