Ann Straus hails from the North Shore in suburban Chicago.  Since college, Ann has enjoyed graphic writing and is an accomplished calligrapher.  Ann began “Letters Ink” over 30-years ago as a part-time career and spent several years teaching the art of calligraphy in local adult education programs.  In the age of technology, Ann has been able to adapt her skills as a calligrapher to computer generated printing.  In the 21st century she has developed a budget-minded, cost efficient digital calligraphy business which is now a full-time endeavor.

 Ann’s offerings to include all occasions from weddings, to showers, to parties including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Save-The-Date and corporate events.  Customizing table/guest cards is a value added service Ann can offer, There are no limits to the possibilities…everything beautiful in print.

Ann’s clients have included many  individuals of all walks of life, but one of most memorable clients afford me the honor of addressing invitations to Buckingham Palace and the Kingdom of Monaco.  Ann’s work has appeared in Bride’s Magazine, CS Chicago and Chicago Weddings.
